The ground floor features an open-space office layout with a fully equipped kitchen including a large central island, as well as prefabricated electrical and mechanical rooms designed for plug-and-play installation. The upper level includes executive offices with tempered glass partitions, a conference and reception area, and additional open workspaces, all benefiting from abundant natural light through extensive glazing and skylights.
An architectural solid wood staircase connects both floors, while the rooftop is designed as a 1,200 sq. ft. outdoor terrace with glass guardrails. The building integrates renewable energy through solar panels and advanced air exchange and climate control systems.
