This 25 modified container building, complete with insulated clearspan cover (R-30) includes a 2 level office complex, autonomous potable water distribution system, eco-friendly waste water treatment facility with UV disinfection & phosphorus removal, autonomous washrooms & locker rooms, cafeteria, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, IT rooms, storage and vehicle maintenance area.

The energy efficient building which recaptures heat from its operations boasts universal access, high durability epoxy flooring built for heavy duty equipment. Complete with welding stations, compressed air systems, oil/sand/dust separator, jib cranes, CoNo detection systems, centralized control heating & cooling systems with iPad interface. This building will house teams from two companies.

Once the materials arrived on site, the building was complete within 45 days.
